Nutrition project
- First of all, I have done 2 nutrition trackers which the first one was about before consulting with my partner, who is Tonhom,and the second one was when I received the recommendation from her. In the first trackers, the good things I did were eating many kind of vegetables, fruit juice everyday, proper amount of protein like meat such as pork and chicken,plus fish. However, there were many things I did too which were not usually eating whole fruit, too much refined grain, no nuts and beans, and too many snacks. All of these made me had high number of cholesterol, refined sugar,and sodium.
- Fortunately, after consulted with Tonhom, I have improved a lot. from Tonhom’s recommendations, as she said that I should eat more fresh fruits so that in this week I tried ate more fresh fruits such as bananas and rose apples which I have found that they really help me a lot with excretory system. Also, when I was hungry and I wanted to eat snacks, I tried to control myself by eating salad and some nuts rather than those. However, in some meal I still ate too much refined grain. Another thing that I usually did was drinking water and I think that I felt very fresh and rarely dehydrated. Moreover, I didn’t eat any snack this week which I really proud of myself.The rest of these I did everything the same such as ate various kinds of vegetables and meat.
- The document above is the nutrition plan that I created for Tonhom. As I talked to her for some information, I put all those things in the document in initial finding part. After that, I started thinking about good and bad behavior that she did such as she usually ate many snacks and junk food ,and I tried to find the ways to improve her behavior.
